DESCRIPTION
· The LX2208 is a single cell Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer battery charger.
· It supports charging from either a wall adapter or a USB power source.
· Features a low under-voltage lockout level for extended charging range.
· Includes a linear die temperature thermal control loop to manage heat dissipation.
· Offers three logic selectable and programmable charge current levels.
· Provides power status indicators for charge progress, full charge, and external power status.
· Enters low quiescent current shutdown to minimize battery drain.
· Includes protection features like under voltage lockout, reverse current blocking, and unsafe battery temperature charge inhibitor.
· Comes in a 3x3mm 12 pin MLPD package.
