DESCRIPTION

· The LX8233 is a bi-directional eFuse switch designed to protect circuitry from transient voltage surges and overload current events.

· It features under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and over-voltage clamping for voltage protection.

· The device includes a 2.5A current limit circuit for short circuit and over-current protection.

· It supports latching thermal shutdown with a fault flag output on the EN/FAULT pin.

· The device can be reset via the Enable pin, DEVSLP pin, or VCC power recycle.
