DESCRIPTION



· The LY3200ALH is a high-performance, low-power, single-axis micromachined gyroscope designed to measure angular rate along the yaw axis.

· It offers excellent temperature stability and high resolution across an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

· With a full scale of ±2000 dps, it can detect rates with a -3 dB bandwidth up to 140 Hz.

· The device features a sensing element with a single driving mass that oscillates continuously and reacts based on the Coriolis principle when an angular rate is applied.

· A CMOS IC provides the measured angular rate through an analog output voltage, enabling high levels of integration and production trimming to match sensing element characteristics.

· The LY3200ALH is available in a plastic land grid array (LGA) package, leveraging ST's expertise in manufacturing sensors in plastic LGA packages.
