DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC123 is a high-speed CMOS monostable multivibrator using silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· It features two trigger inputs: A (negative edge) and B (positive edge), suitable for slow signals.
· Includes a CLR input for positive-edge triggering with Schmitt-trigger functionality.
· Output pulse width is determined by external components Rx and Cx, with a formula tW(OUT) = K · Cx · Rx (K ≈ 0.45).
· All inputs have protection against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
