DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC190 is a high-speed CMOS 4-bit synchronous up/down counter.

· Fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· State changes are synchronized with the LOW-to-HIGH transition of the clock pulse input.

· Features an asynchronous parallel load input for programmable counter applications.

· Includes a count enable input for carry/borrow in multi-stage counters.
