DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC192 is a high-speed CMOS synchronous up/down decade counter fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· It features two separate clock inputs for up and down counting, with outputs triggered on the low-to-high transition of either clock.

· The counter can be preset using DATA A, B, C, and D inputs, and cleared via the CLEAR input.

· It includes BORROW and CARRY outputs for cascading multiple counters.
