DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC273 is a high-speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop with clear, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· Data signals at D inputs are transferred to Q outputs on the positive edge of the clock pulse.

· The Q outputs are set to low when the CLEAR input is low, regardless of other inputs.

· All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient voltage.
