DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC85 is a high-speed CMOS 4-bit magnitude comparator fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· It compares two 4-bit words and provides a high voltage level on one of the A>Bout, A=Bout, and A

· Cascading multiple devices allows for easy expansion of the comparing bit number.
