DESCRIPTION

· The M74HCT688 is a high-speed CMOS 8-bit equality comparator fabricated with silicon-gate C2MOS technology.

· It compares two 8-bit words applied on inputs P0-P7 and Q0-Q7, indicating their equality.

· Features a single active low enable for cascading multiple packages to compare words greater than 8 bits.

· All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
