DESCRIPTION

· The MAX4080/MAX4081 are high-side current-sense amplifiers with a 4.5V to 76V input range, ideal for telecom, automotive, and high-voltage systems.

· The MAX4080 is for unidirectional current sensing, while the MAX4081 supports bidirectional sensing with a single output pin.

· Both devices operate from a 4.5V to 76V single supply, drawing only 75µA, and are available in 8-pin µMAX® or SO packages.
