Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The MAX4447/MAX4448/MAX4449 are high-speed single-ended-to-differential line drivers.

· They utilize current feedback for enhanced bandwidth, achieving up to 405MHz full-power bandwidth and slew rates up to 6500V/µs.

· The MAX4447 features a fixed gain of +2V/V and a small-signal bandwidth of 430MHz.

· The MAX4448 and MAX4449 offer small-signal bandwidths of 330MHz and 400MHz, respectively, with internal compensation for minimum gains of +2V/V and +5V/V.

· These devices support variable gain selection via external resistors and include a low-power enable mode reducing current consumption below 5.5mA.

· They are capable of delivering differential output swings of ±6.2V from ±5V supplies with a 50Ω load.

· Slew rate up to 6500V/µs (MAX4449).

· Small-signal bandwidths: 430MHz (MAX4447), 330MHz (MAX4448), 400MHz (MAX4449).

· 200MHz 0.1dB gain flatness (MAX4447).

· Output drive current of 130mA.

· Internally fixed gain of +2V/V (MAX4447).

· External gain selection ≥+2V/V (MAX4448), ≥+5V/V (MAX4449).

· SFDR of -78dB at 100kHz.

· Low differential gain/phase: 0.01%/0.02°.

· Ultra-low noise: 23nV/√Hz at fIN= 1MHz.

· 8ns settling time to 0.1%.
