· It offers faster AC performance than the LVEL11, making it ideal for applications requiring high-speed AC performance.

· The 100 Series includes temperature compensation.

· Maximum clock frequency typically exceeds 3 GHz.

· PECL mode operates with VCC from 3.0 V to 5.5 V and VEE at 0 V.

· NECL mode operates with VCC at 0 V and VEE from -3.0 V to -5.5 V.
