DESCRIPTION

· The MCP73833/4 is a linear charge management controller designed for space-limited, cost-sensitive applications.

· It supports Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer battery charging with a constant current/constant voltage algorithm.

· Available in 10-Lead DFN and MSOP packages, it requires minimal external components, making it ideal for portable devices.

· It adheres to USB power bus specifications for USB port charging applications.

· Operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
