DESCRIPTION

· The MCP7386X family offers advanced linear charge management controllers for space-limited, cost-sensitive applications.

· Combines high-accuracy voltage and current regulation, cell preconditioning, temperature monitoring, safety timers, and automatic charge termination.

· Available in 16-pin 4x4 QFN or 16-pin SOIC packages, requiring minimal external components.

· MCP73861/3 for single-cell, MCP73862/4 for dual-cell Lithium-Ion/Polymer battery packs.
