· Available in 16-pin 4x4 QFN or 16-pin SOIC packages.
· Provides a complete, stand-alone charge management solution with minimal external components.
· MCP73861/3 for single-cell, MCP73862/4 for dual-cell Li-Ion/Li-Polymer battery packs.
· Fully specified over -40°C to +85°C.
