DESCRIPTION

· The MIF300R12C2TL is a 1200V, 300A IGBT module designed for high-power applications.

· It features a continuous collector current of 300A at 100°C and a gate-emitter voltage of ±20V at 25°C.

· The module includes a fast and soft recovery anti-parallel FWD and has a high short-circuit capability of 10µs.
