DESCRIPTION

· The MLX75027 is a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor supporting VGA resolution.

· It features a BSI VGA pixel array and provides control signals for illumination units like VCSELs.

· Equipped with a MIPI CSI-2 high-speed serial interface for data streaming to the host processor.

· Enables the design of compact 3D cameras.

· 1/2” optical VGA (640 x 480) ToF image sensor.

· Programmable modulating frequencies up to 100MHz for high distance accuracy.

· Full resolution readout up to 120 distance frames per second in 4 phase configuration.

· 1.5ms phase readout time with up to 8 raw phases per frame.

· Per-phase statistics & diagnostics, continuous or triggered operation modes.

· Configurable over I2C up to 400kHz, CSI-2 serial data output with MIPI D-PHY.

· Built-in temperature sensor, region of interest (ROI) selection, integrated support for binning.

· Horizontal mirror & vertical flip image modes, ambient operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C (automotive) and -20 to +85°C (industrial).

· RoHS compliant iBGA package with 141 pins, size 11 mm x 9.5 mm.
