DESCRIPTION

· The MLX8005x/3x series integrates a low-drop voltage regulator (5V/3.3V, 70mA), a Reset/Watchdog unit, and a LIN bus transceiver, suitable for LIN 2.x and SAE J2602 compliant systems.

· Designed for automotive applications, it supports a temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and features enhanced ESD robustness.

· The device allows for the development of cost-effective and efficient slave nodes in LIN bus systems.
