DESCRIPTION
· The MLX8005x/3x series integrates a low-drop voltage regulator (5V/3.3V/70mA), a Reset/Watchdog unit, and a LIN bus transceiver, suitable for LIN 2.x and SAE J2602 compliant systems.
FEATURES
· LIN 2.x / SAE J2602 compliant.
· Operating voltage range: 5V to 27V.
· Three operational modes: Normal, Silent, and Sleep.
· Voltage regulator outputs: 3.3V/70mA or 5V/70mA in Normal mode, 3.3V/20mA or 5V/20mA in Silent mode.
· Low current consumption: 20µA in Sleep mode, 45µA in Silent mode.
· LIN-Bus Transceiver with baud rate up to 20 kBaud.
· Enhanced ESD robustness: Direct discharge >20kV for LIN pin, >15kV for VBAT pin.
· Automotive temperature range: -40°C to 125°C.
· Programmable Window Watchdog available in MLX80031/51 models.
