DESCRIPTION
· The MLX81106/7/8/9 is a fully integrated low-end LIN Slave controller designed for switch and PWM applications in automotive environments.
· It supports LIN 2.x and SAE J2602 bus systems, combining a LIN transceiver and protocol controller for efficient node development.
· The IC is available in thermally enhanced SOIC8 (MLX81106/8) and QFN5x5 20-pin (MLX81107/9) packages.
FEATURES
· Internal RC Oscillator (12-24 MHz programmable) and 16-bit RISC MCU with 24kB-32kB User Flash, 1kB RAM, and 384B EEPROM with ECC.
· LIN Protocol Controller with baud rates up to 19.2 kBaud and low interrupt load.
· LIN Transceiver supporting Autoconfig and bus shunt.
· Up to 12 IOs (MLX81107/9) or 4 IOs (MLX81106/8), including 4 programmable constant current/high voltage IOs and 4x 16-bit PWM outputs.
· 10-bit ADC with pre-divider, temperature sensor, and configurable wake-up sources (LIN and IOs).
· SPI interface, voltage output for external 5V loads (MLX81107), and low standby current (25µA typ, 30µA max).
· Automotive temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) with over-temperature shutdown and 40V load dump protection.
