DESCRIPTION
· MLX81150 is a LIN-Slave microcontroller designed for relay and DC motor control applications.
FEATURES
· 16-bit RISC CPU with co-processor for fast multiplication and division.
· 32 kByte Flash with ECC, 2 kByte RAM, and 380 Byte EEPROM with separate RAM.
· LIN-Interface with integrated LIN transceiver supporting LIN 2.x and SAE J2602.
· PWM Interface, Full duplex SPI, Master/Slave, double-buffered, speed programmable.
· Internal voltage regulator, operating voltage from 5.5V to 18V.
· 4 programmable 16-bit PWM modules, 16-bit timer unit with 4 capture and 4 compare.
· 25 MHz internal RC-oscillator with PLL, optional crystal resonator.
· On-chip temperature sensor, 10-bit ADC with < 6 µs conversion time.
· 8 multiple purpose I/Os, 2 integrated relay drivers with free wheel function.
· Over current detection, shunt current sense, 1 switchable supply output for external Hall sensor.
· Temperature range -40°C to 150°C, 28V jump start and 45V load dump protected.
