DESCRIPTION
· The MLX81150 is a LIN-Slave microcontroller designed for relay and DC motor control applications.
· It features a 16-bit RISC CPU with co-processor for fast multiplication and division, in-circuit debug, and emulation capabilities.
· The device includes 32 kByte Flash with ECC, 2 kByte RAM, and 380 Byte EEPROM with separate RAM for customer purposes.
FEATURES
· LIN-Interface with integrated transceiver supporting LIN 2.x and SAE J2602, with certified LIN protocol software.
· In-Module Programming via LIN pin using Melexis fast protocol, PWM interface, and full duplex SPI.
· Internal voltage regulator, operating voltage from 5.5V to 18V, with low SLEEP MODE current < 30uA.
· 4 programmable 16-bit PWM modules, 16-bit timer unit, 25 MHz internal RC-oscillator with PLL, and on-chip temperature sensor.
· 10-bit ADC with < 6 µs conversion time, 8 multipurpose I/Os, 2 integrated relay drivers, and over current detection.
