DESCRIPTION
· The MLX90367 is a monolithic sensor IC sensitive to orthogonal and parallel flux density applied to its surface.
· It decodes the absolute position of any moving magnet with the correct magnetic circuit.
· Suitable for designing non-contacting position sensors for automotive and industrial applications.
· Provides SENT Frames encoded in Throttle sensor format or Secure Sensor format.
· Delivers enhanced serial messages with error codes and user-defined values.

· Utilizes Triaxis® Hall Technology for robust absolute position sensing.
· Features on-chip signal processing and a simple magnetic design.
· Offers programmable measurement range and linear transfer characteristic.
· SENT output compliant with SAE J2716-2010.
· 12-bit resolution with 10-bit thermal accuracy.
· Option for a 48-bit ID number.
· Available in single die SOIC-8 and dual die TSSOP-16 packages, both RoHS compliant.
· Includes output thermal offset correction.
