DESCRIPTION
· The MLX90367 is a monolithic Triaxis® Hall sensor IC that detects orthogonal and parallel flux density components (BX, BY, BZ).
· It enables non-contact absolute position sensing for rotary (0-360°) and linear displacement applications.
· Designed for automotive and industrial applications, it supports SENT frames with error codes and user-defined values.

· Triaxis® Hall Technology with on-chip signal processing.
· Programmable measurement range and linear transfer characteristics.
· SENT output compliant with SAE J2716-2010.
· 12-bit resolution with 10-bit thermal accuracy.
· Optional 48-bit ID number.
· Available in SOIC-8 (single die) and TSSOP-16 (dual die, full redundant) packages.
· Output thermal offset correction.
· RoHS compliant.
