DESCRIPTION
· The MLX90367 is a monolithic Triaxis® Hall sensor IC sensitive to orthogonal and parallel flux density.
· It decodes absolute position of moving magnets for rotary (0-360°) or linear displacement.
· Enables non-contacting position sensor designs for automotive and industrial applications.
· Provides SENT Frames encoded in Throttle or Secure Sensor format with error codes and user-defined values.

· Triaxis® Hall Technology with on-chip signal processing.
· Programmable measurement range and linear transfer characteristic.
· SENT output compliant with SAE J2716-2010 standard.
· 12-bit resolution with 10-bit thermal accuracy.
· 48-bit ID number option.
· Available in SOIC-8 (single die) and TSSOP-16 (dual die, full redundant) packages.
· Output thermal offset correction.
