DESCRIPTION

· The MLX90395 Triaxis® Magnetic Node is a compact monolithic sensor IC that detects three orthogonal components of flux density (BX, BY, BZ) and temperature, enabling precise absolute position decoding of moving magnets.

· It supports non-contacting position sensor designs for automotive and industrial applications, with runtime programmability and on-chip temperature compensation.

· The sensor offers micro-power functionality with a selectable measurement duty cycle and can be interfaced via I2C or SPI bus.

· Triaxis® Hall Technology with 16-bit magnetic (XYZ) and supply voltage (V) resolution, 14-bit temperature (T) resolution.

· Automotive Grade (AEC-Q100) with programmable modes including Single Measurement, Burst Mode up to 2kHz, and Wake-up On Change (WOC) Mode.

· Programmable measurement range with extended magnetic sensing options, on-chip magnetic calibration data, and 8-bit measurement CRC.

· Selectable Bus Protocol (SPI up to 10MHz or I2C up to 1MHz), 48-bit unique ID, and RoHS compliant packages (SOIC-8, TSSOP-16, QFN-16).
