DESCRIPTION

· MM3474 Series is a protection IC for 3 to 5-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer secondary batteries.
· It supports overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent protection.
· The number of cells can be switched by inputting high/low signals to the SEL terminal.
· It can protect 6-plus serial cells by cascade connection.
· Provides control terminals for output overdischarge detection (SDC) and output overcharge detection (SOC).
· Customizable with optional ICs for specific usage.

· Detection voltage range with specified accuracy for overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short detection.
· 3-, 4-, 5-cell protection switching function.
· Communication function when cascade connected.
