DESCRIPTION

· The MM3575 series are high voltage CMOS process protection ICs designed for 3-5 cell Li-ion/polymer batteries.

· It provides overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent protection.

· Supports cell balance and disconnect functions from V5 to V3 pin.

· Can be cascaded to protect 6 or more cells.

· External Nch MOS FET can be used to construct a regulator.
