DESCRIPTION
· The MM3575 series is a high-voltage CMOS process-based protection IC designed for 3 to 5-cell Li-ion/polymer batteries.
· It offers comprehensive protection including overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent detection.
· Supports cell balance and disconnect functions from V5 to V3 pin.
· Capable of protecting 6 or more cells through cascade connection.
· Includes an internal circuit with voltage detector, reference voltage source, delay time control, and logical circuit.
FEATURES
· Overcharge detection voltage range: 3.6V to 4.5V with ±25mV accuracy.
· Overdischarge detection voltage range: 2.0V to 3.0V with ±80mV accuracy.
· Discharging overcurrent detection voltage range: 30mV to 300mV with ±15mV accuracy.
· Charging overcurrent detection voltage range: -300mV to -20mV with ±10mV accuracy.
· Cell balance detection voltage range: 3.6V to 4.5V with ±30mV accuracy.
· Configurable detection delay times with specified accuracy ranges.
