DESCRIPTION

· The MP6205 is a single-channel power distribution switch with internal current limiting to protect host devices from faulty load conditions.

· It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V input and features a 90mΩ on-resistance.

· The device includes over-current and thermal stress protection, limiting current in constant current mode and shutting off in case of short circuit.

· It recovers when the temperature drops to approximately 120°C.

· Available in QFN8, MSOP8E, and SOIC8E packages.
