Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The MP62061 is a single-channel power distribution switch with internal current limiting to protect host devices from faulty load conditions.
· It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V input and features 80mΩ on-resistance.
· The device includes over-current and thermal protection, automatically recovering when the temperature drops to approximately 120°C.
· Available in MSOP8E and SOIC8E packages.

FEATURES

· Supports 700mA continuous current with a 1A accurate current limit.
· Operates within a 2.7V to 5.5V supply range with a 140uA quiescent current.
· Includes 80mΩ MOSFET, thermal-shutdown protection, and under-voltage lockout.
· Features reverse current blocking and is UL recognized: E322138.
· Available in MSOP8E and SOIC8E packages.
