DESCRIPTION

· The Zarlink MT8814 is built using ISO-CMOS technology, ensuring low power usage and high reliability.

· It features an 8 x 12 array of crosspoint switches, a 7 to 96 line decoder, and latch circuits.

· Each of the 96 switches can be individually controlled via seven address bits and a DATA input.

· The device supports analog signals ranging from VDD to VEE and includes a Chip Select (CS) for matrix expansion.
