DESCRIPTION

· The MX856 and MX857 are high-speed, single-channel level shifters with complementary output drivers.

· MX856 operates with a 5.0V VCC, while MX857 operates with a 3.3V VCC.

· They accept TTL or CMOS level signals, amplify them, and generate complementary outputs.

· Output signals are level-shifted by amplifying them to the VCC and VEE supply rails.

· Output drivers buffer signals to VOPT and VEE, with VOPT adjustable between VCC and GND.

· Designed for operation from -40°C to +85°C, available in 8-lead SOIC packages.
