DESCRIPTION
· The 8Gb DDR3L DRAM features a double data rate architecture for high-speed operation, organized as 64Mbit x 16 I/Os x 8 banks.
· It supports transfer rates up to 1866 Mb/sec/pin and is fully backward compatible with DDR3.
· Operates with a single +1.35V power supply and is available in BGA packages.
FEATURES
· Compliant with JEDEC standards, supports VDD & VDDQ at +1.35V and backward compatible with +1.5V.
· Operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 95°C, with extended test up to 95°C.
· Features include differential clock (CK & CK#), bidirectional differential data strobe (DQS & DQS#), and 8 internal banks.
· Includes programmable mode and extended mode registers, additive latency, and programmable burst lengths.
· Supports auto refresh, self refresh, write leveling, ZQ calibration, and dynamic ODT.
· Available in a 96-ball 9 x 13.0 x 1.2mm FBGA package, RoHS compliant, Pb and Halogen Free.
