· The Digi NET+50 is a high-performance, 32-bit system-on-a-chip ASIC designed for intelligent networked devices and Internet appliances.
· It is based on the standard architecture in the NET+ARM™ family of devices.
· The NET+50 CPU is an ARM7TDMI 32-bit RISC processor with a rich set of support peripherals and memory controllers.
FEATURES
· Includes a 10/100 BaseT Ethernet MAC with MII interface.
· Features two independent serial ports, each capable of running in UART, HDLC, or SPI mode.
· Supports various types of memory including flash, SDRAM, and EEPROM.
· Equipped with programmable timers, a 10-channel DMA controller, and a P1284/ENI interface.
· Offers up to 40 general-purpose I/O pins and 16 general-purpose input pins.
