DESCRIPTION
· The NJL6402R-2 is a high-speed PIN photodiode designed for detecting a wide wavelength range from blue-violet to infrared light.
· It features low wavelength dependence and fast fall-time.
· The device uses an ultra-small and thin COBP package, offering efficient space-saving.
FEATURES
· Detects three wavelengths: 405nm, 650nm, and 780nm.
· Short rise-time and fall-time of 2ns typical.
· High-speed operation: 200MHz at 780nm, 220MHz at 650nm, and 250MHz at 405nm.
· Compact package size: 1.6mm x 2.4mm x 0.8mm.
· Active area: 1.0mm x 1.0mm.
