DESCRIPTION
· The NJM3472/NJM3474 are high-speed single-supply operational amplifiers designed for various applications including inverter current sensing, motor load current sensing, and active filtering.
· They operate within a voltage range of 3V to 36V and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making them suitable for general-purpose inverters, power supply units, and high-performance home appliances.
· These amplifiers feature improved low-power characteristics compared to the TL3472/TL3474.
FEATURES
· High slew rate of 10V/µs and a bandwidth of 3MHz.
· Unity gain frequency of 3.6MHz and a maximum input offset voltage of 5.5mV.
· Single supply operation from 3V to 36V.
· Unity-gain stable with no phase reversal and high EMI immunity.
· Output short-circuit protection and low input voltage operation around ground level.
· Operating current of 4mA for NJM3472 and 8mA for NJM3474.
· Available in various packages including SOP8, SSOP8, MSOP8 (VSP8) for NJM3472, and SOP14, SSOP14 for NJM3474.
