DESCRIPTION
· The NJU3718 is a 20-bit serial to parallel converter designed for MPU output expansion.
· It connects to MPU using only 4 lines, enabling efficient output assignment.
· Serial data synchronized with a 5MHz or higher clock is input and converted to parallel output.
· It can cascade with other SIPO ICs like NJU3711 for expanded parallel conversion.
· Features a hysteresis input circuit for wide noise margin and a high-drive output buffer (25mA) capable of directly driving LEDs.
