DESCRIPTION
· The NJW4830 is a single high-side switch capable of supplying 0.5A.
· It integrates an active clamp circuit, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown with a Pch MOS FET.
· It can be directly controlled by a logic signal (3V/5V).
