DESCRIPTION
· The NTB0101 is a 1-bit dual supply translating transceiver with auto direction sensing, enabling bidirectional voltage level translation.
· It features two 1-bit input-output ports (A and B), one output enable input (OE), and two supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)).
· VCC(A) supports 1.2V to 3.6V, and VCC(B) supports 1.65V to 5.5V, suitable for translating between various low voltage nodes.
· Pins A and OE are referenced to VCC(A), and pin B is referenced to VCC(B).
· A LOW level at OE puts outputs in a high-impedance OFF-state.
· Fully specified for partial power-down applications with I OFF circuitry to prevent backflow current.

· Wide supply voltage range: VCC(A): 1.2V to 3.6V, VCC(B): 1.65V to 5.5V.
· I OFF circuitry enables partial power-down mode operation.
· Inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V.
· Robust ESD protection: HBM (A port: >2500V, B port: >15000V), MM (>200V), CDM (>1500V).
· Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78B Class II.
