Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The NV24C04LV is a 4-Kb CMOS Serial EEPROM operating at a minimum 1.7 V supply voltage.

· Internally organized as 32 pages of 16 bytes each.

· Supports Standard (100 kHz), Fast (400 kHz), and Fast-Plus (1 MHz) I2C protocols.

· Data writing involves a starting address, loading 1 to 16 contiguous bytes into a Page Write Buffer, and a single internal write cycle.

· Data reading starts with a starting address, followed by serial data shifting with automatic internal address incrementing.

· External address pins allow addressing up to four NV24C04 devices on the same bus.

· Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C).

· Supports Standard, Fast, and Fast-Plus I2C protocols.

· Wide supply voltage range from 1.7 V to 5.5 V.

· 16-Byte Page Write Buffer.

· Maximum write time of 4 ms.

· Hardware write protection for entire memory.

· Schmitt triggers and noise suppression filters on I2C bus inputs (SCL and SDA).
