DESCRIPTION

· The NV6128 is a thermally-enhanced 650V GaNFast™ Power IC, optimized for high-frequency and soft-switching topologies.

· It integrates FET, drive, and logic into a monolithic design, offering a 'digital in, power out' high-performance powertrain building block.

· Features high dV/dt immunity and a low-profile, low-inductance 6x8 mm SMT QFN package for enhanced power density and efficiency.
