DESCRIPTION

· Automotive MEMS Oscillator JSO AC series by Jauch Quartz GmbH.
· Utilizes SiTime’s MEMS First™ technology.
· Operates at 2.5 V to 3.3 V with HCMOS/LVCMOS output.
· Qualified according to AEC-Q100 standards.
· Compatible with industry standard packages like 2016, 2520, 3225, 5032, and 7050.
· Features extended shock & vibration resistance and a broad temperature range.
· Configurable to customer specifications with fast delivery service.
· RoHS, REACH compliant, Pb-free, and conflict mineral-free.



FEATURES

· Frequency range from 1.0 MHz to 137.0 MHz.
· Frequency stability from ±20 ppm to ±50 ppm.
· Supply voltage range: 2.5 V -10% to 3.3 V +10%.
· Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C.
· HCMOS/LVCMOS output with max rise & fall times of 4.0 ns at 15 pF and 6.6 ns at 30 pF.
· Max load capacitance of 30 pF, recommended 15 pF for frequencies above 76.0 MHz.
· Standby function options: Stop (S), TriState (T), or None (N).
· Phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz is less than 3.0 ps RMS.
· Symmetry at 0.5 x VDC ranges from 45% to 55%.
