DESCRIPTION

· The series integrates a photodiode, amplifier, voltage regulator, Schmitt trigger, and NPN output transistor on a single silicon chip.
· OPL560 chips include an additional voltage regulator.
· All devices feature a Photologic® chip in a molded plastic side-looking package with an integral lens, enhancing optical coupling and mechanical protection.
· Devices are matched to specific LEDs for mechanical and spectral compatibility.

FEATURES

· High noise immunity due to Schmitt trigger hysteresis.
· Stable performance across 4.5V to 16V supply voltages and varying irradiance levels.
· TTL/LSTTL compatible logic level outputs, capable of driving up to 10 TTL loads.
· Data rates up to 250 kBaud (200 kBaud for OPL560 series).
· Low power consumption and direct TTL/LSTTL CMOS interface.
