DESCRIPTION
· All components include a photodiode, amplifier, voltage regulator, Schmitt trigger, and NPN output transistor on a single silicon chip.
· OPL560 chips feature an additional on-chip voltage regulator.
· Devices are encapsulated in a molded plastic side-looking package with an integral lens (recessed for OPL535 and OPL536).
· Schmitt trigger provides high noise immunity.
· OPL530, OPL531, OPL535, and OPL536 include a 10 KΩ pull-up resistor.
· Stable performance over 4.5 V to 16 V supply voltage and wide irradiance range.
· OPL550 and OPL551 support TTL/LSTTL logic, drive up to 8 TTL loads, and achieve 250 kBaud data rates.
· OPL560, OPL561, OPL562, and OPL563 support TTL/LSTTL logic and drive up to 10 TTL loads.
· Mechanically and spectrally matched to OP140/OP240 or OP145/OP245 LEDs.
