DESCRIPTION



· The OS560 -10 series OCXO offers high precision and stability for various applications.

· It features a standard frequency range from 1 to 150 MHz.

· The design is flexible, allowing for custom variations to meet specific customer needs.



FEATURES



· Temperature stability of ±5ppb, ±10ppb, or ±20ppb depending on the option.

· Very low phase noise options available.

· Output options include CMOS 15pF, 45% 50%, or Sinewave 0dBm.

· Operates at voltages of 3.3V, 5.0V, or 12.0V.

· Warm-up current ranges from 270mA to 750mA.

· Quiescent current ranges from 120mA to 320mA.

· Phase noise performance: -130 dBc/Hz at 10Hz, -150 dBc/Hz at 100Hz, -165 dBc/Hz at 1KHz, -175 dBc/Hz at 10KHz, -178 dBc/Hz at 100KHz.

· Minimal impact from voltage and load changes: ±2ppb for ±5% supply voltage change, ±10ppb for ±10% load change.

· Aging rate: ±0.1ppb per day, ±50ppb per year after 30 days of continuous operation.
