DESCRIPTION

· The OSC86 is a compact Crystal Oscillator designed for precise timing applications, featuring a nominal frequency of 32.768 KHz.



FEATURES

· Compact ceramic package with dimensions of 3.2*2.5*0.9 mm.
· Low power consumption, typically 1.5 μA in CMOS/IC with Tri-state function.
· Wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
· Fast start-up time of less than 1 second.
· Operates with a supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V.
· High frequency stability of ±20 ppm at Vdd=3.3V and +25°C.
· Low standby current consumption of 1 μA max.
· Output voltage levels compatible with CMOS logic, with VOL max of 0.4V and VOH min of Vcc-0.4V.
· Rise and fall times of 200 ns max from 10% to 90% of Vcc.
· Duty cycle maintained between 40% to 60% at 50% of Vcc.
