DESCRIPTION

· The OSCLD-S22 Series is a LVDS SMD Crystal Clock Oscillator with a frequency range of 13.500 to 220.000 MHz.

· It operates with a power supply voltage of 2.5V DC ±5% or 3.3V DC ±10%.

· The device is designed for high stability and low phase noise performance.

FEATURES

· Frequency stability of ±25 ppm to ±100 ppm.

· Low phase jitter RMS of 0.2 pS (typ) to 0.5 pS (max).

· Start-up time of 5 mS (typ) to 10 mS (max).

· Current consumption of 16 mA (typ) to 27 mA (max).
