DESCRIPTION

· The PAM8303C is a 3W mono, filterless Class-D amplifier with high PSRR and differential input, designed to eliminate noise and RF rectification.

· It features 90% efficiency and requires a small PCB area, making it ideal for cellular handsets.

· The filterless architecture eliminates the need for external output filters, reducing external components, PCB area, and system costs.

· It includes short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown, and is available in MSOP-8 and U-DFN3030-8 packages.
