DESCRIPTION

· The PAM8907 is a piezoelectric horn driver with a built-in boost converter, capable of driving ceramic/piezo sounders with up to 31VPP output.

· It integrates a boost converter operating at 1.8MHz, providing high Sound Pressure Level (SPL), low quiescent current, and auto turn-on/off features.

· The device offers small inrush current, low EMI, and high efficiency, with output voltage options of 11V or 15.6V.

· It includes protection features like thermal shutdown, over current, over voltage, and under voltage lockout.

· Available in U-QFN2020-10 package, it is suitable for battery-operated trackers and piezoelectric horn applications.
